ANNIVERSARY CONCERT 2023

Our fabulous anniversary concert celebrating 50-plus years of making music together took place on 28th May 2023 in the iconic Pepper Canister Church, Mount Street Crescent, Dublin 2. Under the direction of our musical director, John Doyle, with the wonderful soloists Aisling Kenny and Raphaela Mangan, the choir performed the Pergolesi Stabat Mater, the Vivaldi Gloria and Bach’s Ich lasse dich nicht. We had a full house to enjoy this wonderful night and programme of music.

culture night 2022

For Culture Night 2022 we gave three performances of the same programme in the National Library. We performed a 30 minute programme of music selected to reflect the importance of the music and poetry collections held in the National Library of Ireland, and with reference to the National Library's Poet in Residence initiative. Each piece performed was a setting of a poem by a celebrated poet and was preceded by a reading of the poem. We performed settings of the poetry of Yeats, Kavanagh, Coleridge, Bridge, and Rückert.
